La pluspart du temps nous sommes occupés avec un chien sur la table ,
il est don't impossible de répondre.
Nous ne laissons aucun chien seule sur la table ou dans le bain,
les chiens sont vite et nous ne voulons pas d'accident.
Soyez sure qu' aussitôt que nous aurons une chance nous retournerons
votre appel. Merci

Most times we can not answer the phone because we are busy with the dogs.
The dog is already on the table and we can not move away from the table ,
it is unsafe for them to be left unattended ,they could strangle on the noose
or attempt to jump from the table and hurt themselves.

Please prior to the groom don't feed your dog and take him
for a little walk to relieve itself.
Please don't let your dog urinate on the walk way leading to the salon and if the dog poops we have dispensers to your disposal
If my dog misbehaves, will you muzzle him/her?
Since a muzzle can make an aggressive dog's behavior worsen we opt to avoid it. In most cases we can calm a pet by talking to them or giving them toys, to assure we are only here to help them, not hurt them. In some cases a second person is needed to help steady a dog with a hugging type hold. If necessary, in extreme cases we have used muzzles.

Puisqu'une muselièere peut rendre un chien plus agressif nous choisissons de l'éviter. Dans la plupart des cas nous pouvons calmer votre chien en lui parlant doucement et en le mettant en confiance. Dans certains cas une deuxième personne est nécessaire Au besoin, dans des cas extrêmes nous devons
utilisés une museliere.
